I usually do not get jet lag very badly. This time, however, it has been brutal: I’ve not been able to fall asleep until after 4AM each of the last three nights. Tonight, I’ll settle for 1AM!

It’s amazing how ineffective air conditioning is here. Every time I’m in a supposedly air conditioned place, it is stuffy and hot. I don’t understand it at all.

The snowstorm was pretty harsh last night, and it was right around 6:30pm. Last night’s version of my flight left 3 hours late, but the flight to get to Sydney via San Francisco left on time. What a crapshoot. Tonight’s flight is already half an hour late.
