Heading Bush - Squage and Pat

I do not know Squage and Pat personally, but I like their writing style. I found them from a blog search on Google. They are on an around the world trip from their home in the UK, with most of the time spent in Australia. It appears that they are having a blast albeit on a more frugal budget level for which I’m planning. Pat seems to be having more of the blast, while Squage, well I haven’t figured out Squage’s approach yet.
Pat recently finished a ten-day van adventure with a small group through the “Heading Bush”from Adelaide to Alice Springs. While being scrunched up in a van and camping in tents is not my idea of enjoyment, it is clear that they had a terrific time. Parts of Days 6 and 7 were spent at Uluru, or Ayers Rock, where I will be spending the first weekend of my trip.
I just hope I don’t encounter the cows which Pat’s driver kept on finding!
